As a Sales and Client Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Provide sales and technical support via phone and email for telecommunications products and services (mobile, fixed-line, internet, TV, and devices)
• Advise customers on tariff plans, bundles, upgrades, and add-on services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Support customers with technical configuration and troubleshooting of devices, connectivity, and network-related issues
• Deliver accurate and timely information regarding contracts, billing, coverage, roaming, and service features
• Take full ownership of customer cases, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible and effective follow-up
• Clearly explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable way, empowering customers to use services confidently
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and second-level support for complex issues and escalations
• Meet or exceed sales, retention, quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs
• Capture customer feedback and recurring issues to contribute to service improvement and operational efficiency
• Represent the telecommunications brand with professionalism, reliability, and customer focus

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of German (C2)
• Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills – confident on the phone, attentive listener, and clear writer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to take initiative
• Team player with the ability to build great relationships with colleagues
• Commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece
