Your future project: join our German Sales & Account Management team.
As a Sales Specialist & Account Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of digital accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning them with technology-driven solutions
- Drive account growth, identifying upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Support clients with onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing optimization of digital tools and platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, tech, marketing, operations) to deliver end-to-end client solutions
- Own client performance, renewals, and retention, proactively addressing risks and opportunities
- Ensure contractual compliance, service quality, and achievement of revenue and performance KPIs
- Gather client feedback and market insights to contribute to product, process, and strategy improvements
- Represent the company professionally, strengthening brand credibility and trust within the tech ecosystem
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of German (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece
